🔒 Your message is stored securely in our secure cloud database (Supabase). It is never shared with third parties and is only accessible to the Study CPEA support team. We do not use email marketing services to send your data to unauthorized third parties.

🔧 Common issues

Can't log in ›

Try resetting your password from the login page. If you're on Edge, disable Enhanced Tracking Protection for this site (Settings → Privacy → add site exception).

Quiz results not saving ›

Make sure you're logged in before starting a quiz. Complete the full quiz — results save when you reach the results screen. Check your internet connection is stable.

How to link parent account ›

Create a parent account, then contact us with both email addresses and we'll link them. Self-serve linking is coming soon.

Page not loading ›

Try a hard refresh (Ctrl+Shift+R / Cmd+Shift+R). Clear your browser cache. The service may occasionally be paused for maintenance — try again in 10 minutes.
